Happy Birthday Keira!

It's been a while since I posted! It's great to be back stamping again.
My daughter turns 5 in 9 days (yes, we are counting down!!) and she loves monkeys! We are having a stuff-a-monkey party with a banana treasure hunt and a monkey cake. I better get working on this!!
I made this card for her birthday and plan to use the same image for tags to go on her party favors. I went with the Clean and Simple challenge at SCS, an inspiration challenge. I saw the bib with the monkey and knew I wanted to use this image. I colored this cute guy with copics and outlined it with green scallops. The paper went with the other bibs in the inspiration challenge. I added a final bow of twine to finish the card.
Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies used:
Stamps - Pink Cat Studio Monkey Hanging; Stampin Up sentiment
Paper - Kraft, Bazzill cardstock; My Mind's Eye dsp
Ink - SU Choc Chip
Accessories - Copics, scallop border punch, Spellbinder Nestibilities, twine

  1. Early Happy Birthday wishes to your daughter, Kelly! Such a sweet birthday card you made for her. That monkey is adorable, and the twine is a great touch. What a terrific party theme, too. Sounds like you have a fun time in the making! :-)
